Chocolate chip peanut butter brownies
These are super easy, super tasty. As with most (all) chocolate things, it is amazing with coffee! So, great for your morning snack. If you’re a long-time reader, you know how much I love a morning snack with my coffee! My baked goods usually make great morning snacks! 😉 So, if you’re looking for a great morning snack, these took less than an hour to throw together and bake! I found this recipe on the back of my Nestlé Toll House chocolate chip bag and I couldn’t help it, I had to add the peanut butter chips; peanut butter and chocolate are as much a pair as peanut butter and jelly. And so, chocolate chip peanut butter brownies were born. Now, can you image peanut butter swirls? Mmmm. I’ll have to try that next time. So, have fun with this and enjoy. Please let me know if you try any variations!

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, cut into pieces
3 large eggs
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup peanut butter chips
